If it seems too thick add a splash of water, milk or juice (dependant on your child's age).
Top tip - If you have fruit that is starting to go over, bag and pop them in the freezer. If you have a little bit of time, chop these into much smaller pieces so that when the mood takes you you can pop them straight in the blender along with juice, milk or water. Why not get the little ones involved, children love helping and are always fascinated by what us adults do. Let them choose what to put in their smoothie and ask them to invent their own name for it.
