FAQ Returning your order

1. How do I return a product I simply don't want?

You have 20 days to return your product.

The product you want to return for a refund must be unused and in its original packaging with tags still attached and in a re-saleable condition. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and that you package your item(s) with care to ensure a safe return to the support centre. As soon as we receive your return we will process the refund to your original form of payment. Please be aware that any postage charges incurred by returning your item(s) to us will not be refunded. You are responsible for the return of the item(s) to us. In the event that you would like an exchange due to a faulty product or damage to the product in transit, please contact our customer service advisor by phone or WhatsApp on 07511 157068 immediately.

2. What is the process to return if I have a faulty product?

Please go to and click on "your account" on the top right-hand corner of the page. Click then on "My orders" and then select the one you want to return. We will create a return sheet for you to add on the packing slip. This will speed up the returns process. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed your return item at the warehouse in France. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 15 days from when we received your order.

Please contact our customer service line 07511 157068 via text, WhatsApp or by phone between the hours of 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday. Our customer service team will be able to advise about any product issues, as well as organise replacements if needed. 

PLEASE NOTE: Products not directly purchased from cannot be processed for return or exchanged through the Babymoov Customer Service team unless original proof of purchase is obtained. We do not accept returns from third-party sellers via eBay and Amazon or unrecognised retailers of the Babymoov brand. If you purchased your item via Amazon, we can offer aftercare and function advice but for refunds please contact Amazon Customer Service.

3. Can I make amendments on my order?

You haven't yet received an email confirmation 'Preparation in progress'...

Don't worry, there is still time to make amendments to your order. Please contact our customer service advisor via text, WhatsApp or by phone on 07511 157068 to make the amendments.

Unfortunately, it is too late to make amendments to your original order. Nevertheless, once you receive your order, you have 20 days to return for a full refund if the product is not what you want and is used. Please refer to question 1 above.
