FAQ Return order

1. How do I return a product I simply don't want?

You have 20 days to return your product.

The product you want to return must be unused and in its original packaging with tags still attached and is in a re saleable conditinon.

Please go to babymoov.co.uk and click on "your account" on the top right hand corner of the page. Click then on "My orders" and then select the one you want to return.We will create a return sheet for you to add on the packing slip. This will speed up the returns process. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed your return item. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 15 days from when we received your order.

We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and that you package your item(s) with care to ensure a safe return to the support center. As soon as we receive your return we will process the refund to your original form of payment. Please be aware that any postage charges incurred by returning your item(s) to us will not be refunded. You are responsible for the return of the item(s) to us.

2. How do I return a faulty product?

We are sorry and will look to replace it as soon as possible. Please contact our customer service 0800 520 0462  and press 1. We will take in charge the picking and return of the product.

3. Can I make amendments on my order?

You haven't receive yet an email confirmation "Preparation in progress"

You are lucky, it's still time to make amendments. Please contact our customer service 0800 520 0462 to make the wished amendments.

You have received an email confirmation "Preparation in progress"

It's unfortunatly too late, you can't make any amendments anymore. Nevertheless, once you receive your order, you have 20 days to return and get a refund. Please refear to the question 1 above.
