FAQ Delivery 

1. How long do I have to wait to receive my delivery?

Our estimated delivery is from 2 - 6 working days, including 1 - 3 days preparation and 1 - 3 days delivering by our carrier. You'll receive an email with a tracking link once your purchase has been prepared and despatched.

2. Where my order will be delivered?

Your order will be shipped at the delivery address you indicate, provided that it is in United Kingdom. Your delivery adress can be different than the billing adress. You can configure other delivery addresses in “your account“ and have the possibility to add additional addresses, which can be useful for sending gifts or receiving an order at your office.

3. What are the shipping costs of a purchase?

The shipping costs is £9,6 TVA included and free for orders superior to £50. Currently we only deliver within United Kingdom. In some cases, you will not have to pay anything, with voucher codes or when the total amount of your purchase is over £50.

4. My order does not arrive. What should I do?

Please go in "Your Account" and click on"My Orders" section in which you will find a tracking link to follow your order delivery. In case of further doubt, please contact our customer service at 0800 520 0462 or use our contact form

5. What happen if I'm not at home to accepte ?

A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. The carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you that an attempt was made. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery.
