FAQ Delivery 

1. When will my order be delivered?

Our estimated delivery is currently 10-15 working days, including 1 - 7 days preparation and 1 - 7 days delivery by our courier. You'll receive an email with a tracking link once your purchase has been prepared and despatched. Please note at present some orders may be delivered in more than one parcel on separate days.

Babymoov do their best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Please bear in mind we do ship out ALL UK orders from our warehouse in France which is why the delivery times are slightly longer. 2. Where will my order will be delivered?

Your order will be shipped at the delivery address you gave us, provided that it is in mainland UK or northern Ireland. Your delivery adress can be different to the billing adress. You can save other delivery addresses in “your account“ and have the possibility to add additional addresses, which can be useful for sending gifts or receiving an order at your office etc.

3. What are the shipping costs?

The shipping cost is £4.95 VAT included and free with orders over £60. Currently we only deliver within mainland UK. In some cases, you will not have to pay anything, with voucher codes or when the total amount of your purchase is over £60.

4. My order has not arrived. What should I do?

Please go into "Your Account" and click on"My Orders" in which you will find a tracking link to follow your order delivery. In case of further doubt, please contact our customer service at 01823 772998 or use our contact form

5. What happens if I'm not at home to accept ?

A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know the courier has come bu with your parcel. The courier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you that an attempt was made. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery.
