How does it work?

  • Buy a new Babymoov Hygro(+) between 15/09/2017 and 15/12/2017
  • Try it for 30 days from the date of purchase
  • If you are not satisfied after 30 days, follow steps 1,2 and 3 below

How to return the Hygro(+) and get your money back

  1. Place the  Hygro(+) back in its original packaging, undamaged and with all its parts and include the intructions and original accessories as described on page 8 of the instructions manual
  2. Enclose in the parcel : 
  • The form attached here completed or a sheet of paper stating your full name and address, email and the reason why you are dissatisfied with the product
  • The entire original till receipt showing the purchase of your Hygro(+), circling the price, date of purchase and retailer
  • Your bank details, including IBAN and BIC for bank transfer

3. Send the entire parcel by non-express tracked parcel (Chronopost, DHL, Packlist, FEDEX, UPS) no later than 30 days after the date of purchase (attested by the courier's stamp) to :

Once we have received the complete device in perfect condition along with the other required items, you will be refunded for your Hygro(+) by bank transfer within 3 to 6 weeks from the date of receiving your parcel, provided that it fully complies with requirements. Follow the instructions in the leaflet. The  Hygro(+) cannot be returned once the refund is approved.
