Babymoov have a wide range of products, fully tested to ensure they are of the highest standard and quality. 

Your product is covered by a 2 year legal guarantee against manufacturing faults.

Beyond the 2 year guarantee, Babymoov offers a Lifetime Warranty on products purchased directly from our website. If you have purchased from one of our approved suppliers, you can register your product for the Lifetime Warranty here within two months of the original date of purchase.


The 2 year guarantee applies only to manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage which has been caused accidentally or from everyday wear and tear.

This guarantee only applies to products purchased on our website. If you have purchased your product from another retailer, please contact them directly as their service and guarantee commitment to you may differ from this one.

This guarantee is subject to the product not having been modified, misused, undergone repair by someone other than Babymoov, or used for a purpose for which it was not designed.

Where your product is covered by our 2 year guarantee, we will provide any necessary spare parts FREE of charge.

Any replacements or exchange of any product will not extend the original 2 year guarantee period unless you have registered for the Lifetime Warranty. Any product provided by way of replacement or exchange of the product originally purchased will be guaranteed for the remainder of the guarantee period applicable to the original product.

The 2 year guarantee does not apply to: Disposable products (changing pads, nappy bags)

Instruction Manuals

Many of our products are supplied with a use, care and maintenance instruction manual. Please make sure you read this carefully before first use of the product and keep it in a safe place for future reference, along with your proof of purchase.  Products must be used, cared for and maintained in accordance with the instruction manual and failure to do so may invalidate your guarantee.

You have also the possibility to download the instruction manual in .pdf on the product page. Please contact our Customer Service Advisor if you need any advice.

Refund and exchange process

You may return any Babymoov item bought via to our UK office if you require a refund. Unless the product is faulty, this will be at your own cost.

Contact our Customer Service Advisor at by completing our contact form and let us know which product you would like to return. We will create a return sheet for you to add in the packing slip.

If you believe any of our products might be faulty, of an unsatisfactory quality or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service Advisor through by completing our contact form.

If the product which is being returned for refund was purchased with a credit or debit card, we will refund payment to the same credit or debit card. If the card has expired we will issue the refund with a voucher.

Process for faulty products

If your product develops a fault, please contact our Customer Service Advisor through our website by completing our contact form.

If your product is outside the 2 year guarantee we will endeavour to replace parts, subject to availability. 

If you just need a part and you wish to purchase it yourself, you can order spare parts directly on our website
