UK and Ireland delivery service
Orders placed at www.babymoov.co.uk can only be delivered to the United Kingdom and Ireland ONLY.
Babymoov will deliver the products to the delivery address you have specified in the order and in accordance with the delivery option you have chosen.
In the event you order various products to be delivered to different addresses, you will need to submit a separate order for each delivery address.
Any delivery or shipment dates given by Babymoov are best estimates only and Babymoov shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses for failure to deliver in accordance with the delivery or shipment dates given. In the event any of the products being out of stock, this may mean the whole order is delayed. If so, an estimate of the delay will be given by e-mail or post but delivery shall in any case be made within 30 days as of the date indicated on the order confirmation by Babymoov.
For UK addresses enjoy free shipping when you spend over £60 otherwise, home delivery cost is £4.95. For shipping to Ireland, the delivery cost on any order is £12.
Upon delivery of the products to the carrier, Babymoov will send you a confirmation of shipment by e-mail.
Our estimated delivery to the UK and Ireland is 5-7 working days, including 2-3 days of preparation and 3-4 days for the courier to deliver. We will e-mail you with tracking information once your purchase has been prepared and left our warehouse.
Babymoov cannot be held responsible for delays in customs clearance which may incur storage or other charges outside our control. Babymoov cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item or charge any import duty. If our shipping agent is unable to contact the recipient to arrange delivery, the card which was used for ordering will be charged for all monies accrued from holding the goods.
