We accept any return within 20 days from the date of delivery and the return shipping fees are at your charge.
To return your product, it's simple:
- Go into your account
- Click on "Return Merchandise Authorization"
- Select the item you want to return
- Once we receive your return request, we will send you a return sheet to add in your package and the address where to send it back
You have 3 working days to make this shipment (date as per postmark). We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed your return item. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment (shipping cost excluded) as soon as we receive your return.
We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service
and that you package your item(s) with care to ensure a safe return to the support center. Please be aware that any postage charges incurred by returning your item(s) to us will not be refunded. You are responsible for the return of the item(s) to us.
You also have 20 days from the day you receive your parcel to exchange your item for another colour or model. In case you exchange for a more expensive item, you will be charged for the extra price and conversely, if you exchange for a less expensive product we will refund you the difference. In any way, both postage cost to send back your item and to dispatch the new one are at your charge.
